Workplace Bullying of Shop Assistant

I work in a shop, I am a shop assistant and we've got 2 supervisors whom are mother and daughter they are forever bitching and bullying me at work because I get on with my job. I know what I am doing and I do a good job. They say thing's to previous employers about me behind my back. There's no way that she'll ever get a man who would look at her. I'm not blowing my own trumpet but I do get on with men and I get on with the customer's as well, unlike them.

The only people they talk to are kids younger than them. Nobody else talks to them and plus I know what I'm doing at work as well and they don't like it because they don't know what they are doing. They always ask me how do you this, how do you do that. They can't think for themselves either and they are always creating trouble for everyone else they can't just leave people alone that's to easy for them. And they're always slagging the manager off as well.
