My Child Was Being Bullied At School Now She's Being Bullied By The School

My child was attending Clarendon High School in Clarendon, Arkansas. She wasn't being physically abused but mentally teased everyday to the point that she doesn't want to go to school anymore and the school let this go on for almost 2 years and did nothing about it. Now its got to where she took some pills just to keep from going to school after she attempted to try and end her life with these pills the school superintendent suspended her for 5 days and (He said you're lucky I didn't suspend her for coming to school under the influence of drugs). I thought that was very cruel and insensitive to say about my daughter trying to take her life because they failed to keep her safe the school did nothing to help her now they are trying to blame the victim for them not doing their job and keeping safe, trying to dirty her character by making her sound like drug user instead of a victim, trying to cover up the fact that's its their fault that she's in the state of mind she's in.

So now she's being bullied by the school as well. I don't know where to turn to for help to get the school to be accountable for its non-action on be half of my daughter but I have stared a petition on change.org to get Clarendon High School In Clarendon, Arkansas to keep children at their school safe from bullying here is the link below.
